Guests love the: Alii Tower, restaurants, shopping, pools, the views, and Luau. Some guests experienced free room upgrade as Hilton Honor members. Others noted that for honeymoon goers, they were offered an upgrade to a bigger room, facing the ocean. The great thing is that the hotel is private yet close in terms of Waikiki with everything around there an easy walk away. Don’t miss the fireworks on Fridays.

However, some people weren’t as happy about their stay. Some guests state that the phone lines can be impacted and staff hard to reach; as well as not the most helpful front desk staff. Also, many complain that the pools are always crowded and noted the lack of chairs to lay out on.
